Our vehicles are modern Ford Transit Connects, equipped with a rear-mount manual ramp with a 4-point securement tie-down system. They are customized by Driverge (an industry leader in vehicle modification) to meet safety standards for wheelchair transport. The vehicles are spacious and comfortable with air conditioner for your convenience.

Is there a weight limit?

Yes. Our ramp has a 800 lb limit. Please call for additional questions regarding weight limits.

Can I bring a family member or caregiver with me?

Yes. You may bring one additional family member or caregiver with you during transport.

What areas do you serve?

Our standard transport services the greater Richmond, Virginia area including but not limited to the city of Richmond, Petersburg, Hopewell, Colonial Heights, Moseley, and counties including Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover, Powhatan, Midlothian, Mechanicsville and more.

Our long-distance service offers drop-off or pick-up at locations more than 30 miles outside of Richmond. Please inquire with our team for this service.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards; Digital wallets including PayPal, CashApp, Venmo; Cash. (no checks please)

Do you accommodate personal wheelchairs?
