Zem Care Transport was established by Hanif Majeed, a registered nurse with over 15 years in the healthcare field, including direct patient care, clinical rehabilitation, and case management. Through his work as a Registered Nurse, Firefighter/EMT, and Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist, he has cared for individuals with complex medical needs, always with compassion, professionalism, and a deep respect for their dignity and safety. Now his team's work is centered on safely supporting patients with a wide range of physical, cognitive, and medical needs.

Whether it's getting to medical appointments, treatments, or returning home from the hospital, we treat each client like family. Our team is trained with a healthcare focus in mind: We don't just drive, we recognize warning signs, communicate effectively with healthcare providers and families (bi-lingual Spanish), and ensure that each person transported is handled with clinical awareness and heartfelt care.
